What is the timeline for receiving equipment and installation?
The timeline for receipt of equipment is 10 - 12 business days. Upon receipt of equipment, Keypoint Services will give you a call to schedule installation which is normally within 5 business days.
What is the size of equipment?
The equipment includes a satellite dish, receiver and remote control. The dish is approximately 24” and the receiver is the size of a VCR and is connected to the television.

What's on the HeadsUp! Network?
Your subscription to the HeadsUp! Network gives your program staff 10 hours of training per month. Any and all staff members are welcome to participate in the training. In addition, you can also tune in to other programming, including the Office of Head Start updates, and early childhood teacher training via the Florida Education Network.
What kinds of credit are offered?
First, check with your training coordinator or director about specific programs that may be eligible for inservice training hours. HeadsUp! Reading offers college credit at a large number of colleges, as well as CEUs and in some states, inservice training hours. How much are HeadsUp! Reading CEUs?
CEUs are $20 per application. The application can be used for up to eight classes.
Can I tape the show?
HeadsUp! programming may be videotaped only for the purpose of creating a tape library or viewing the broadcast at a later date. Videotapes or original programs may not be sold, duplicated, edited, rented, or rebroadcast through other networks to display before a paying audience without written consent of NHSA.
How do I access HeadsUp! Reading in Spanish?
You may access HeadsUp! Reading in English, Spanish or in both languages. Since the receiver is automatically defaulted to English, you may make simple adjustments to view in Spanish. For Spanish audio, make the following changes to your equipment:
• Tune the receiver to Channel 9622
• Press the Menu option on the Dish Network remote
• From the Menu option, select System Setup
• From the System Setup option, select Alternate Audio
• Select Spanish; then select Save
• Press Cancel to return to programming
If you require audio in English and Spanish, additional fees as well as additional equipment is required. There is a one-time cost of approximately $475 per site.
Am I responsible for renewing my subscription agreement?
After completing the initial subscription agreement, the subscription is automatically renewed unless you contact us in writing. If you are a current subscriber, you can extend your agreement for one year automatically.
