How Much Does HeadsUp! Reading Cost?

HeadsUp! Reading coursework and web support do not cost the student or the center anything beyond the $75 per month HeadsUp! Network subscription charge and the initial equipment installation fee.

If your center is already on the HeadsUp! Network, you can train all your staff and parents with the course at no charge for the training.

However:

  • Colleges and universities will charge for credits.
  • It is strongly recommended that the two textbooks for the course be purchased for each student. Information on how to purchase the textbooks is available at www.huronline.org. The textbooks include extensive additional information that will be useful as students implement what they have learned during the course and serve as vital references and resources long after the course is completed.
  • You may be charged for using a computer at a business center or other location.
  • There will be costs for duplicating handouts at a copying center.
  • Students may incur other costs for child care, transportation, etc.
